Despite the corona vicissitudes and the holiday period, there was a "top" meeting between valued relations of Green Mushroom Farm. Trade, media, science and government enjoyed a spectacular 5-course mushroom menu together. It was a feast for the eyes and the palate, especially the dessert with chanterelles was one of the highlights.
Responsible for this summer party was Diego Jacobo, a Colombian star chef who defends his stars in Madrid.

Supported in the kitchen and service by the sparkling team of the ROC Mondriaan school community, all guests were served at their beck and call. On behalf of the management of Green Mushroom Farm, Kees de Jong presented the vision for the coming years that mushrooms, in the broadest sense of the word, are not meat substitutes but balancers.

Various studies, scientifically substantiated, show that in addition to a healthy "lifestyle", healthy food for the immune system is becoming increasingly well known. Mushrooms are becoming increasingly important!!
