The world population is growing. Food production is under pressure and the demand for healthy and sustainable food is increasing. Mushrooms fit perfectly into this world and have a lot of potential. We therefore see that the production and consumption of mushrooms is increasing worldwide. The global demand for knowledge and technology for mushroom production is also enormous.
